Not one of the more eventful nights at Tony D.
Only Ross, Robin, the newer kid with the glasses and shaggy hair and myself. Adam "Pulled a Jacob" and showed up half an hour before we had to go.
it was a purely ring practice for me, needed to work the calluses back on my hands. 3, 4, and 6 rings were pretty standard. didn't spend much time on any of them. 5 i worked on pancakes and I tried rigorously to flash 7. I started bruising and cutting up the backs of my fingers cause of the awkward fashion i have to hold my rings. But after talking with other ring jugglers and trying their methods i've resigned to using my own, i'll get the hang of it eventually.
After many tries and dismal failures, adam suggested i try flashing it with only 6 rings, leaving the hole where the 7th would be. (essentially 7777770) Doing that a few times made me realize how crazy and out of control my throws were, so i was able to smooth those up and then soon after i (pretty cleanly) flashed all 7!!
So that was cool. Ross and Shaggy Glasses ditched so Adam and I had a little date in close chinese while he told me about his crazy weekend at the Poconos.
